The second society garden tour offered five homes in addition to the Maynard-Pearson House in 2006.

Maynard-Pearson House
1101 Olive Chapel Road

The Maynard-Pearson House dates from approximately 1870 and serves as home to the Apex Historical Society. It is also the host location for the AHS Annual Home Tour reception each December.

Marcie and Craig Corry
1515 NC Highway 751

The Corry’s have turned a farm into a commercial business and home while maintaining the integrity of the historic site. Existing barns and outbuildings are framed by familiar blooming plants.

Kim Crenshaw and Larry Henson
816 NC Highway 751

The formal garden at the Crenshaw-Henson home is frequently used as the background for their photography studio work. The brick patio is comprised of the original bricks that were removed from the house when it was moved from NC Highway 55.
